Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.
Each player may register only one (1) jilihos account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilihos employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilihos login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jilihos support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jilihos will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
jilihos staff will never ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jilihos support immediately.
jilihos accounts for Philippine players are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion or game.
jilihos accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated. jilihos does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. jilihos reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. Verified accounts receive priority processing, with GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically completed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jilihos reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding standard thresholds. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Account balances that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. jilihos will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any inactivity fee.
jilihos offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All content on the jilihos platform — including but not limited to the jilihos brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilihos or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilihos platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jilihos content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilihos and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jilihos platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jilihos's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilihos does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use jilihos at your own risk.
jilihos reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason jilihos deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or comply with legal obligations.
You may close your jilihos account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jilihos shall first be submitted to jilihos's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
jilihos reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of jilihos following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
